With the rise of Pandora, Spotify and a host of other streaming programs in the past 8 years, Jay-Z decided to create his own. Only this thing the fan will have to pay. No free streaming. Streaming doesn't pay the artist well so I think that this will be revolutionary. There's a lot of negative talk about the platform. We just have to give it time.
